Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These general terms govern the services offered by ShineNows (Jean Paul Poutchoko Nguekam, Gewerbeschulstrasse 34, 67549 Worms, Germany) in the field of website creation and maintenance.

2. Services

ShineNows offers the following services: showcase websites, e-commerce, custom websites, website redesign, and maintenance contracts. Service details are defined in the quote approved by the client.

3. Quotes and Orders

Every project starts with a free, no-obligation quote. The quote is valid for 30 days. The order is considered firm after written acceptance of the quote and payment of the deposit.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and are exclusive of tax. Applicable VAT will be added in accordance with current legislation (USt-IdNr.: DE335674012). Payment is made according to the schedule defined in the quote: typically 40% upon order, 30% upon mockup approval, and 30% upon delivery.

5. Deadlines

Delivery times are indicative and depend on project complexity and client responsiveness. Any delay in providing content by the client may result in a schedule adjustment.

6. Intellectual Property

The client becomes the owner of delivered elements after full payment. ShineNows retains the right to mention the project in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Liability

ShineNows is committed to providing professional services. Our liability is limited to the amounts actually received for the service in question.

8. Termination

In the event of termination by the client after quote approval, amounts already paid remain with ShineNows as compensation for work performed.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by German law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Worms (Germany) shall have jurisdiction.
