shinenows.com will refund, resend, or accept the return for any of the following:

1. Orders Late : Orders not found, on the way, pending, expired with more than 25 days (from the date you send payment to shinenows.com) for USA and 30 days (except some countries where China Post Registered Air was used) Post The above point no longer applies to the following situations: The shipment was prevented in whole or in part due to force majeure such as epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, gravity or delayed snow. ShineNows is not responsible for the late shipping of the orders. However, ShineNows will notify you via email within 10 days. Please check shipping for China Post Registered Air Mail here) for rest of the world if:

- A customer sent a complaint (via PayPal Dispute or another gateway, an email, etc.)

- You have checked the tracking number and it shows no movement or information.

- Sometimes the order had arrived at the buyer's nearest office and pending delivery due to the wrong or unclear address. The buyer must go to the post office for delivery.

2. Orders Delivered: When drop shipping orders completed within the maximum delivery time (count based on our shipping time calculator) and more than 10 days. Status CLOSED + 5 days CLOSED (i.e. from the order shipping date + maximum delivery time + 15 days), you are not allowed to open any more disputes.

For wholesale orders completed within the maximum delivery time (count based on our shipping time calculator) and more than 14 days. Status CLOSED + 7 days CLOSED (i.e. from the date of shipping order + maximum delivery time + 21 days) no longer allowed to open dispute.

3. Damaged Orders: shinenows.com will offer a full refund/replacement if:

- Orders arrived damaged.

- For electronic products, the drop shipper should open the dispute within 7 days after receipt.

- For normal products, drop shipper should open the dispute within 3 days after receipt.

- Photos of the damaged item to prove damage.

4. Poor Quality: ShineNows.com will check most items before shipping, but sometimes buyers still complain about the products received.

- Imperfections such as poor sewing, wrong size/color, missing parts, non-functioning etc.

- For electronic products, the drop shipper should open the dispute within 7 days after receipt.

- For normal products, drop shipper should open the dispute within 3 days after receipt.

- Photographs of items received by buyer to demonstrate defects.

>> For missing parts, Shinenows only accept resend instead of full refund.

DHL: There will be extra cost for the remote address. We will contact you as soon as we find them.
